It you have only just signed up, you may not have sent up proof of payment yet, so the system does not recognise you. Whilst we are still developing the online payment system, all payments are MANUAL, that is you pay our bank and then send us the proof. We then manually add you to the system.

If you have paid and sent the proof to us, please give us 48 hours to process it. If you are still not showing, please contact us.
